P&G Retirement Services
"Obviously, there are financial decisions in determining the ability to afford retirement. But there are also the emotional issues - what will you do now; what hobbies and interests will you pursue; how can you best enjoy and be most fulfilled during retirement? We can help." -- Neal Schulte in "Life After P&G"
Located just down the street from the Sharon Woods Procter and Gamble site, Schulte Financial Group, LLC provides top notch services to the P&G community through vast technical knowledge of the P&G retirement plan coupled with customizable investment guidance for each individual P&G employee and retiree.
The Schulte’s advise P&G employees on IRA strategies, retirement planning, Retirement Plus accounts, and stock option distribution and restricted stock strategies.
Much of Neal Schulte's business is a result of focusing on P&G's retirement plan. The presence of P&G in our hometown and the impact of their Profit Sharing Trust (PST) and Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) on local retirement planning created a niche at Schulte Financial Group. In 2009, Neal Schulte authored the book, "Life After P&G" to help address the needs of this niche.
Neal's preparation and experience serving P&G employees started early in his career. After graduating from Xavier University in 1977, Neal went on to complete all necessary coursework for a master's in taxation at the University of Cincinnati. Upon graduation, he worked at Deloitte, Haskins, & Sells where he eventually lead retirement planning for Procter & Gamble employees as well as the financial planning strategies for P&G executives. He left Deloitte in October of 1982 to start his own firm helping P&G employees with taxes as well as retirement planning.
Combining the professional disciplines of being a CPA and a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM practitioner, the first hand knowledge of P&G's retirement plan, and bringing clarity to the personal retirement goals and values of you, the client, makes this firm and Neal Schulte well qualified to help ensure that your retirement plan is on a solid foundation.
